Dina Dela Cruz leads Unitum Holdings with a clear vision for strategic growth, operational excellence and sustainable value creation for investors and partners. As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in the insurance and banking industries, Dina has honed expertise in finance, operations, and governance. Since starting her real estate investment journey in 2014, she has expanded her portfolio to include single-family homes, apartment units, and mixed-use commercial and residential properties, prioritizing value-driven, high-return investments. Through her strategic approach and unwavering commitment to integrity, Dina consistently delivers measurable value, fostering lasting, productive partnerships that align with Unitum Holdings' dedication to deliver strong returns and premium-quality assets.

Mark is a seasoned real estate investor and former travel nurse who discovered his passion for real estate in 2015. With firsthand experience in the medical field, he identified a growing need for quality, furnished accommodations for traveling healthcare professionals. This insight led him to build a specialized real estate portfolio, which now spans 10 properties across Vancouver Island and Manitoba, dedicated to serving the unique needs of the traveling medical community.

In 2022, Mark connected with Dina Dela Cruz at a Mastermind event in Las Vegas, where they quickly realized their shared vision of transforming temporary housing options for healthcare professionals. Together, they founded UNITUM Holdings Inc., expanding their focus to larger investment opportunities and inviting capital investors—many from healthcare backgrounds—into the fold.

Mark’s commitment to hospitality and community extends beyond UNITUM Holdings; he was handpicked by Airbnb as the Community Host Leader for Vancouver Island and contributes as part of the Airbnb Host Leaders across Canada. As Co-Founder of UNITUM Holdings, Mark oversees the company’s Marketing and Corporate Rentals operations and builds lasting partnerships as Investor Relationship Manager.
